DESCRIPTION
FLAMEX fire extinguishing agent is a unique blend of organic and inorganic salts, coupled with surface active ingredients. This blend provides a strong measure of freeze protection along with the foaming properties associated with conventional Class B liquid agents.
APPLICATIONS
FLAMEX fire extinguishing agent is part of the fire suppression system designed to suppress fires in mobile equipment used in a wide range of industries: portable extinguishers, engine extinguishing systems, underground and surface mining, forestry/logging, construction, waste management, metal processing, transportation, power generation, agribusiness, and others.
FLAMEX can flow into hard-to-reach areas along the same path where flammable liquids may have flowed. It suppresses fire and helps prevent reflash by forming a blanket over the fuel to exclude oxygen and cooling the fuel and heated surfaces because of the water and Chemical compounds in the FLAMEX solution.
